Texas Hold'Em Poker
Rules:

Players play against each other and try to make their best 5 card poker hand out of 2 down cards (personal cards only that player can use) and 5 community cards (cards that all players can use). The ranking of poker hands from highest to lowest are available here:

http://www.usa-links.com/pokerhands/

Players are dealt 2 cards face down to start and then a round of betting. Players always have the option to CALL (match the bet of another player), RAISE (increase the bet of another player), or FOLD (sit out for the remainder of the hand and give up any money that is already in the pot).

Once betting is resolved, the "flop" is dealt (3 community cards) face up and another round of betting. Then the "turn" is dealt (1 community card) face up and another round of betting. Finally, the "river" is dealt (1 community card face up and the final round of betting.

The player with the highest 5 card poker hand wins the pot.
